Thank you for purchasing from Mexican Monk. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire within 1 month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

For other items to be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item must be unopened and in its original condition.

Refunds will also be provided in the following cases:

  • If the customer does not receive the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days, due to Mexican Monk failing to ship the order.
  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
  • If our products arrive damaged, rotten, or contaminated, we will send a free replacement regardless of the expiration date.

Refund & Return Process

  1. Go to My Account Page: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the ‘My Account’ section.
  2. Access the Return & Refund Tab: Once on the ‘My Account’ page, you will see a tab named ‘Return and Refund’. Click on this tab to proceed.
  3. Click on the button: Their will be a button, click on it and you will redirect to a WhatsApp number with a form, fill the form and send their.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not entertain returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • If the customer simply dislikes the product or feels it doesn’t match their expectations after delivery.
  • Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
  • Non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address.
  • Refusal to accept the product upon delivery.
  • Delivery to the specified person or location as requested by the customer, even if it is someone other than the customer.
  • Force majeure events (unforeseeable circumstances that prevent fulfillment of the contract).
  • If the product has been tampered with by the customer.
